Also included with our standard package are Home Plans… The most obvious benefit to this option is the fact that each home will be designed not only to fit the needs of clients, but more importantly, the home will be specifically designed for Alaska’s climate and for the actual lot intended for its use. This “design process” of each home gives the ultimate in function, usability, and cost effectiveness by building homes that actually fit and complement their surroundings. Besides providing highly functional and the most cost effective home available, this system shows the end product exactly as it will be, alleviating concerns that the final results may not turn out as expected.   Below are examples of a few plans we have recently drawn to offer ideas. If you don’t see a plan you like we can easily modify any existing plan, or simply create for you a new plan using magazines, books, sketches, or other media of your choice.
