This remodel project was fairly extensive. The existing garage needed completely demolished and in its place we added an exercise/pool room and also another 3 car garage.
These are smaller projects we have completed, ranging from siding and roof replacements to decorative concrete.
The clients loved their location but didn't like their floorplan layout. We added about 2600 sf of living space to their home including the full basement.

A severely fire damaged home that we rebuilt with the insurance funds. But instead of putting it back they way it was before the fire, we rebuilt it even better: they no longer needed the same number of bedrooms, so we put all the funds toward their extensive 4 car garage.
