Perhaps the most valuable piece in our standard home package is our unique Design/Build process.
Beginning with an initial meeting, we learn about our clients and their unique needs and determine if our product is the best fit for their personal preferences, lifestyle, budget, timeline, etc. We talk about home plans and layout, and prices that apply to the different options. We offer preliminary estimates on any “plan of interest” for free.
Because we own our own drafting software and draft our own home plans, the Design/Build process is truly unique in offering added value a no cost.
For example a client may say “We love to refurbish cars, so an oversized 4-car garage is a priority for us… but we can live without asphalt for now”, or, “We need a Ranch Style home with future wheelchair/handicap access”, or, “I work nights and am a light sleeper, so the silence of a radiant heat system and cost for additional sound deadening insulation are very important to me” …….With these and countless other client preferences, we design each home to mesh clients’ lifestyle and budget – ultimately creating a customized home package that allocates the budget where it provides the most benefit in the life of the purchaser.
