First I want to say that Lisa and I are pleased with the house you guys built for us. It turned out just the way we were imagining. After four months of living in it we have not found anything major that we would have done differently.
As you know, we encountered some major unexpected events during the construction of this house which not only had an impact on us financially but also heightened the anxiety we had about building a house for the first time. Even though most of these events were out of both our control, I appreciated the fact that you were willing to work with us to keep things moving along. This project could have ended up terribly but thankfully we were able to work through the difficult situations.
I believe that you have a customer service mindset. From my experience you are not out to nickel and dime the customer which is a rarity in today’s contracting environment. Your management team is friendly and very responsive which is great for a first time home builder like us.
Lisa and I are not planning on moving from our house anytime soon but if we ever decide to build again, we will give you a call.
